2. Payment Policy: All payments must be made in full and in advance. Once paid, the amount is non-refundable as per our Refund Policy. Please read the Refund Policy before making your payment.
3. No Sharing of Content:
All workshop content, including recordings, documents, and presentation materials, are the intellectual property of OSMO MEDIA. Participants are not allowed to record, reproduce, share, or distribute any part of the training without prior written permission.
4. Code of Conduct:
We expect respectful and professional behavior from all participants. OSMO MEDIA reserves the right to remove any participant from the session without a refund if they engage in disruptive or abusive behavior.
5. Rescheduling & Cancellation:
In rare cases where OSMO MEDIA has to reschedule or cancel a workshop, participants will be informed in advance and given the option to attend a future session or claim a full refund.
6. Results Disclaimer:
We provide proven strategies to improve GMB rankings. However, results may vary based on competition, business category, and individual implementation. OSMO MEDIA does not guarantee specific ranking outcomes.
